Return Policy

Our team at Celadon House has hand selected these pieces because we love them, and we hope you do too! Ordering online can be a bit tricky, especially with investment pieces. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions, or visit our brick-and-mortar stores, so we can help ensure you have all the information you need prior to making your purchase. If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your items we will try to be as helpful as possible, but we do have some limitations on returns. Please see below for our complete Return Policy.

General Policy
If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we accept returns on select items within 14 days for exchange or refund. You have 7 days from the receipt of order to email sales@cealdonhouse.com for return authorization, please include ‘Online Return’ in the subject line. All items must be unused and in new condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

All returns for non-stocking items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be noticed via email. The refund may take 5-7 business days to post back to your account.  
Return Shipping 
Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less our actual initial shipping and handling costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please note our actual shipping costs are often higher than what we charge customers and can be up to $500.

To return an item:
Please obtain a return authorization number from sales@celadonhouse.com. Once obtained, pack and return items, include the provided RMA form, and send to:

We do not offer return shipping labels. Items must be in their original packaging and in their original state to be eligible for refund. We recommend all returns be send insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender.
Eligible items can be returned directly to our brick-and-mortar store to avoid shipping charges.

Final Sale
Other than in the event of a severe product defect, artwork, beds, bedding, books, dining tables, lighting, upholstery, and any furniture over 50lbs are final sale and non-returnable. We do not accept returns due to size. Please measure accordingly before ordering.
Floor models, sale items, or any item that has been discounted are final sale.

Furniture
Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. Our team will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them. We cannot accept returns on furniture pieces. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.

Furniture Shipping & Delivery Updates 
Most of our furniture items will be delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours. If in stock, most pieces ship within 2-4 weeks of order receipt. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days barring any delays. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting and inspections. Once ready to be delivered, a local delivery carrier agent representative will reach out to you to set up a delivery appointment.

Vintage, One-of-a-kind, Handmade, & Natural Items 
Please note, some of our products are vintage, hand-made or use natural materials (ie. wood, marble, etc). They may have blemishes, differences in size, texture or color, and other variations.  These imperfections are not considered defects, but a beautiful reminder of its organic nature. These pieces are thoroughly inspected and meet our high-quality standard. Condition is already reflected in price.
