Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo local delivery, as well as in-store or warehouse pickup, is available for many of our items. Artwork and some large furniture pieces may not be eligible.

Local is considered 50 miles from Santa Barbara (zip code 93101) or San Luis Obispo (zip code 93401). It is possible that Local delivery is less than the 10% calculated in your cart. If you would like to explore this option please contact one of our two stores or send an email to sales@celadonhouse.com with the subject line Local delivery quote inquiry. If you would like to secure the items in your cart while we find you a shipping quote you can checkout choosing the Free Pickup option and your shipping will be guaranteed to not be over 10% of your cart total.    

You may arrange to pickup items at our Santa Barbara Store or San Luis Obispo Warehouse free of charge, please select ‘Pickup’ for our desired location at Checkout. When your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you to set up an appointment.  

 

Domestic Delivery

Domestic delivery (outside of a 50-mile radius from our Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Stores)

All domestic shipping rates are calculated based on location and the retail value of the total purchase.

California – 10% of your cart total

Zone 1 – 20% of your cart total

Zone 2 – 30% of your cart total

Large Furniture & Handling Fees
Furniture items will be shipped via White Glove Delivery. White Glove Delivery includes protective packaging, delicate handling, room of choice placement, light assembly, and packaging removal. These charges vary due to the size of the item and location it is being shipped to.

Furniture Delivery

Celadon House does not have an in-house delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are done via third party companies. We will not be held liable for any damages after product has left our warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading (BOL) will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately. Celadon House will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.

Lead Times
We update our website with the estimated lead times as often as possible. Due to the high demand of our products and in the event of an unforeseen delay with production, the estimated lead time is subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Please note, lead times do not include shipping and transit times.
